Everhart Gathering Place is a family-owned and operated wedding venue located in a beautiful rural setting with rolling hills, picturesque trees, and gorgeous gardens.
We are open year round and can accommodate up to 300 guests for weddings. Our all-glass conservatory can also offer additional space for an indoor wedding or cocktail hour. To make wedding planning an ease, we offer a number of different packages that include a variety of our in-house services like design, a Day of Coordinator, arch rentals, and more.
Everhart is the perfect backdrop for any wedding. Our event space is tastefully decorated, but is understated enough to provide a blank slate to bring your own dreams for your big day to life. The right decorations can transform our venue into a rustic, glam, or modern wedding style.
Boho brides love the options available for the outdoor ceremony by the river, in front of our willow tree or in the conservatory. Couples also love the various places around our grounds they can take photos and our large, picturesque windows that offer plenty of natural lighting for your big day.

We have separate areas to get ready including a lounge and a get-ready suite. You will find everything you need to prep for the big day in the cabin. From the minute you step on the property, every detail has been carefully crafted to maximize your experience.
Everhart Conservatory
In the spring of 2022, we broke ground on Everhart Conservatory. This stunning, all-glass building is the perfect ceremony space for winter weddings and a gorgeous backdrop for summer weddings on the courtyard. The conservatory is available for all seasons to our couples for rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies, and cocktail hours.
